Russian Disinformation about Budanov
Russian sources, including Angelo Giuliano and RAA Novosti, have been spreading disinformation claiming that Budanov is in a coma in a hospital in Berlin after sustaining a serious head injury, possibly from a missile attack on the GRU headquarters in Kyiv on May 29th. However, this is untrue. Budanov has been seen in recent days meeting with the Japanese ambassador to Ukraine and appearing in videos. He does have a shaved head, so perhaps something happened, but he is clearly not in a coma as the Russian sources claim.

Budanov on the Kakhovka Dam Explosion
In a recent video, a resurrected Budanov states that the Russians deliberately blew up the Kakhovka Dam as a terrorist act and ecocide. He says there are many facts that prove this, including:
- 30 minutes before the explosion, there was a radio communication ordering all Russians at the dam to quickly evacuate the area
- Special forces groups arrived just before it happened
- Russian occupied forces nearby were caught off guard by the explosion, not knowing it was going to happen
Holding Russian Shills Accountable
Jonathan wants to hold Russian shills spreading disinformation to account. He gives the example of "Frankie B" who claimed months ago that once Bakhmut falls, the rest of the dominoes will fall, with only Kramatorsk remaining as a fortified city. Frankie B also claimed Ukraine was running out of manpower and there would be no spring offensive. These predictions have proven false. Jonathan notes that other Ukrainian leaders like Zaluzhnyi and Reznikov have also been claimed dead or in comas by Russian sources, yet they are alive and well. The Russians never own up to or apologise for spreading this disinformation.
